Calendar for Trip to Spain
Costs for the trip to Spain have been locked in at the prices listed due to ten deposits already having been collected! Students and friends of UTPB are encouraged to join us on this exciting venture. Consult the schedule for the
dates at which payments must be made in order to ensure participation. The trip is limited to 40 people so get on the band-wagon! There will be a meeting in early September for anyone considering joining us and those who have already decided!
75% of total price must be paid to the UTPB Accounting Office by November 1st- the first day to register for Spring Term, 2008
Final payment must be made to the UTPB Accounting Office by January 30th- the final day to register for Spring, Maymester, and Summer Terms, 2008
Each person going on the trip MUST have a passport that is good for six months beyond the trip (that is, it cannot expire before Dec. 1, 2008).
Each person going on the trip MUST have proof of health insurance by May 1, 2008.
Each person going on the trip MUST either take the class for credit or audit. The audit fee is $35.00/per credit hour and since this is a six-hour course, it will amount to $210. This MUST be paid according to the schedule for Maymester Courses. Failure to enroll will result in the person being unable to go on the trip. Registration for the course and for the audit is through the UTPB Registrar's Office with payment due to the Accounting Office.
