Welcome to the Office of Internal Audits

The Office of Internal Audits is an independent appraisal function to examine and evaluate activities as a service to the Internal Audit Committee, the President, and senior management of U.T. Permian Basin. The Office's functions are achieved through the following activities: 

  • Providing independent, objective assurance & consulting services
  • Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations that add value and improve University operations
  • Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, operational, and governance processes in keeping with mandated requirements and the University’s mission, goals, and objectives.
