Waters Breeze HPLC Waters 1515 Pump Waters 410 Detector To achieve satisfactory susceptability of compounds to our analytical techniques, it has become necessary that we implement a liquid chromatography system with capabilities comparable to the gas chromatograph. This system currently consists of a Waters 1515 HPLC pump, Waters 410 Differential Refractometer and a Waters 440 Absorbance Detector. The liquid chromatograph is connected serially to the mass spectroscope through a particle beam interface, allowing for the same molecular fragmentary analysis of chromatographed samples.
