Joe gets the credit for the initial site layout and graphical design. Joe is currently doing time at the University of California at Riverside, working on his Ph.D. in chemistry.

This site validated as HTML 3.2 compatible ...

We have validated these web pages with "A Kinder, Gentler HTML Validator" to insure compatibility with the final HTML 3.2 standard. The primary exceptions being the use of the "target=" parameter to facilitate the use of frames and the "face=" parameter to facilitate fonts. Hopefully, this site will be viewed equaly well by all browsers.

This site developed with Windoz NT Notepad 4.0 ...

Browser testing was limited(?) to the Mac AND 16-bit and 32-bit Windows versions of Netscape Navigator versions 3.x and 4.x AND Internet Explorer versions 3.x and 4.x.
