Odessa's Milam Elementary students who play Suzuki violins will join UTPB's string orchestra in concert.  The youngsters will play alone and with the college musicians.  Admission is free and the public is welcome to view the construction of the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center through the windows of the CEED Building.
