About the Library

An Overview of the J. Conrad Dunagan Library

The J. Conrad Dunagan Library at the University of Texas Permian Basin (UTPB), established in 2001, is a vital resource that supports its patrons in achieving their goals and objectives. The library operates seven days a week, except during interim hours and university-recognized holidays. The library boasts a diverse collection comprising over 2,039,487 resources, including print materials, multimedia, microfilm, and electronic resources. Patrons can utilize the FalconFinder catalog and databases to locate and access these materials.

The library staff maintains the collection and organizes it for easy access and retrieval. They are committed to supporting and providing patrons with essential tools to excel in their studies, teaching, and research.
