Part 6
The Director of Institutional Advancement reports to the President
and is responsible for the programs of The University related
to private sector support, alumni relations, public information,
and external constituencies.
The primary responsibilities of the Director include:
- The development, organization and administration of activities
to obtain private sector funding for programs of The University.
- The organization and administration of programs for providing
information to the public.
- To assist in the development, organization and administration
of programs and activities related to alumni in coordination
with appropriate personnel
- Coordinating the policies and activities of The University
related to internal and external foundations that provide
support for the institution.
- To be responsible and accountable for ensuring that appropriate
internal controls are implemented and monitored within his/her
areas of responsibility.
- The performance of such other duties and responsibilities
as may be assigned by the President.
