This site is a joint effort between the Petroleum Technology Transfer Council's (PTTC) Permian Basin Mentoring Initiative and the Petroleum Industry Alliance at the University of Texas' Center for Energy and Economic Diversification (CEED).

Purpose-
This site is intended to be an electronic library of information for the independent operator in the Permian Basin; a central place where an operator can find resources relevant to Permian Basin exploration, development, and production activities. In addition to providing results from research in DOE, GRI, academia, service companies and others, this site is also intended to be a place for exchange of information between operators in the basin.
