Welcome to PBDPL's Web Site.  
The goal in establishing the PBDPL was to help with the needs of the independent operator in the Permian Basin.  The library is a joint project of the PTTC-Permian Basin and the PIA at CEED.  Much of the site is still under construction, and we beg your indulgence as we build.
