| You need the following
skills to work in most web and web-enhanced courses
(WC, WEC) at the university.
- Computer access to the Internet
using an Internet Service Provider (ISP) (i.e. America
Online, NetWest, etc.) or UTPB computer
labs.
- Use a web browser (Netscape, Internet
Explorer).
- Send and receiving e-mail with attachments.
- Use a word processor program (especially
MS
Word).
- Save to a file and retrieve information
from a file.
- Download software or documents from
the web.
- Meet additional special requirements
that are specific for a particular class.
