Research and Grants Administration Contact Information - The Office of Sponsored Projects & Research (OSPR)
All Federal Government agency sponsored proposals and State and Local Government sponsored proposals should be routed through the OSPR as should be proposals made to national organizations. All other classifications would normally go through Development, but there is some overlap and the two offices do cooperate and work together.
