Federal Search Engines

Grants.gov is your source to find and apply for federal government grants.

Fed Biz Opp is a one stop site available to search, monitor, and retrieve opportunities in federal communities.Research Tools03

USA.gov is a governmental web site that provides access to U.S. federal government resources online which includes government benefits and grant information.

The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance is a searchable database of information about federal assistance programs.

Community of Science (COS) is one of the largest most comprehensive database of available funding.

National Endowment for the Arts is a public agency dedicated to support areas of art.

National Endowment for the Humanities is an independent agency of the U.S. government dedicated to support public programs in humanities.

 

Foundation Search Engines

Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation is dedicated to entrepreneurship, advancing innovation and education.

Ford Foundation funds grants which advance human welfare under programs of asset building and community development, peace and social justice, and knowledge, creativity and freedom.

Foundation Center provides detailed information about U.S. foundations, corporate donors, and grants.

Human Frontier Science Program awards grants that involve collaboration among scientist working in different countries and in different disciplines.

Spencer Foundation funds grants that fit within various topics of education at higher institutions.

 

State Sponsors

Greater Texas Foundation supports initiatives that increase access to higher education, support teachers, and encourage parental and community involvement in education.

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality funds programs that relate to their mission of protecting Texas human and natural resources consistent with sustainable economic development.

Texas Education Agency administers money both State and Federal that support programs that benefit education.

Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) administers programs for students attending college as well as institutions of higher education.
