Compliance Certification Committee

Charge:  The Team will successfully

  • Complete a "thorough, honest, and forthright" review of the University in the areas covered by the Principles of Accreditation;
  • Identify areas of possible non-compliance and submit those areas to the Leadership Team for amelioration;
  • Recommend whether UTPB is in compliance, partial compliance or non-compliance with each of the Principles;
  • Identify complete and appropriate documentation indicating the extent of institutional compliance with each of the Principles;
  • Ensure that the documentation is entered in to the University's's SACS website;
  • Draft the Compliance document for submission to the Leadership Team by May 15, 2009; and
  • Assist with any follow-up reports and/or documentation required by the off-site review of the Compliance Certification.
