Because these pages must comply with all three priority levels of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, they do not always view well under high-resolution monitors. We recommend sizing your browser window manually when you view the first page to approximate an 800 pixel screen width size so the text and images flow properly.

If you wish to print these pages off, please set your preferences and options to allow for printing background colors and images and also select "Print to Fit Page." We are unable to give exact directions for all users because of the diversity of Operating Systems, Browsers and Printers available. Here are a few examples of how to set these options.

Before final printing, always select a print preview option to see what the printed page will look like. Often, you will be able to adjust what is printed through this preview window by selecting Page Set up.

Windows OS:

Internet Explorer (6.0.02900):

Under File menu -> select Print -> select printer ->

Select Properties Button next to printer

-> select Effect tab -> check "Print Document On" box -> choose paper size -> check "Scale to Fit" box

The Window that opens allows the user to select many options for printing. If you want to print what appears in the browser window, select options such as:

Print images

Shrink pages to fit.

The window that opens allows you to select many options. Under “Copies & Pages” is a drop down menu – select “Firefox.” New options appear, select what you want, like:

Use the Preview to see the page before you print.

Unfortunately, you are stuck with headers and footers and cannot change the margins in the Page Set up when using OS X.
