When a student is due a refund of any sort such as residual of any financial aid or scholarship, a dropped class or an adjustment made on the account, the word "Refund" will appear on the student's campus connect account. It will take 7-10 business days from the date the refund appears for the refund to be processed and check mailed to the address on the student's campus connect account. Students can elect to receive refunds by direct deposit by filling out an application with a canceled check in the Office of Accounting.
Student withdrawing before the first class day will receive a 100% refund minus a $15 matriculation fee. The $10 medical services fee is non-refundable if the withdrawal occurs after the twelfth class day, which is September 11th.
