Currently enrolled students at UTPB receive a computer account. This account is for the exclusive use of the student to whom the account is issued and provides access to a number of services. These services include access to the Blackboard Learning Management System,  access to the campus (non-ResNet) wireless network, remote library database access through the UTPB proxy server and access to various campus computing resources through the Active Directory domain. 

Important Information About E-Mail

Beginning with the Fall of 2015 semester, all email accounts are available utilizing the Microsoft Office 365 platform.

To access go to:  http://www.outlook.com/utpb.edu

Both employes and students will authenticate with their full UTPB email address (FalconID@utpb.edu) and password.

Password Maintenance

Student Password Reset
Change existing or reset an expired password.  New accounts require password change to activate services. Use this link if you do not know your existing password.

Off Campus Faculty/Staff: Change your LDAP (Peoplesoft & Blackboard) Password Only
Change existing or reset an expired password.  This will not change your Active Directory password which is used to log on to campus computers and Office 365 email  This feature is coming soon...

Vanity E-mail Addresses

 This service is ONLY for departments and special events, vanity addresses are not available for individuals.  All addresses must be of the format vanityname@utpb.edu.  All vanity addresses are forwards to existing user accounts, a separate account with password will not be created.
