E-Advisor

E-Advisor:  E-Advisor is a service to facilitate the academic advising process. Students who need to:

• Find out who their academic advisor is:  Visit your student account on Campus Connect.  If you do not know your PIN # you should contact the Registrar's Office for that information at (432) 552-2635.

• Need help in getting academic advising.  If you are a non-degree seeking student or a "transient student" just needing one or two courses, please contact the E-Advisor@utpb.edu.  In the e-mail, state the assistance needed, your full name, and your UTPB ID number.

• Get information about Admissions to the University:  Contact the Admissions Office at (432) 552-2605 or admissions@utpb.edu.

• Get information about the Graduate school:  Contact Graduate Studies at (432) 552-2530 or gradstudies@utpb.edu.

• Get information about the School of Business contact:  The School of Business at (432) 552-2170 or jennings_c@utpb.edu.

• Get information about the College of Arts and Sciences.  Contact the E-Advisor@utpb.edu.  In the e-mail, state the assistance needed, your major, and your full name as it appears on your records.  Someone will respond by e-mail within one working day.  Because advising by e-mail may require several e-mail exchanges, students should not plan to use e-mail as the sole method of getting academic service during the last week before classes begin.
