The mission of the UT Permian Basin Athletic Training Education Program is to prepare qualified entry-level athletic trainers for the profession of Athletic Training. The program develops knowledge, skills and professional attitudes/behaviors in the following twelve athletic training educational competencies/clinical proficiency content areas:
