How to Apply for COVID Relief
The form to apply for COVID Relief is now online! You can find the form in your student portal.
How to Apply:
Step 1. Log into your Student Portal
Step 2. Click the "My Forms" tile
Step 3. Click on "Fill Out New Form" (top left corner)
Step 4. Click on CARES ACT
Step 5. Fill out the required fields:
- Date of Birth
- Aid Year
- Select the educationally related expenses that apply to you
- Select the consent that applies to you
- Certify that you will use the funds for educational related expenses
Step 6. Check that all your information is correct, then click Save and Submit (top right corner)
