COBEC is a unique educational partnership between the nation of Belize and institutions of higher education in the United States.
The University of Texas Permian Basin is thrilled to be hosting this year’s Consortium for Belize Educational Cooperation (COBEC). The conference is held bi-annually. In the summer a university in the United States is selected to host the event, in the Spring a university located in Belize hosts.
COBEC is a unique educational partnership between the nation of Belize and institutions of higher education in the United States. The goal of the conference is to provide professional development training, develop programs that address student needs, improve curriculum development, and much more.
The conference will be held on July 21 and 22 on the UT Permian Basin campus in the D.Kirk Edwards Family Human Performance Center.
