To achieve satisfactory susceptibility of compounds to our analytical techniques, it has become necessary that we implement a liquid chromatography system with capabilities comparable to the gas chromatograph. This system currently consists of a Waters 1515 HPLC pump, Waters 410 Differential Refractometer and a Waters 440 Absorbance Detector.
