Hydrogeology
The Hydrogeology group at UT Permian Basin focuses on projects at the intersection of hydrology, water resources management, environmental geology, soil moisture, energy and environmental sustainability. Primary research topics include groundwater contamination, soil and environmental changes, carbon sequestration, water/energy productions, and hydrogeologic issues in the Permian Basin. The research group addresses a variety of questions through a combination of field studies, laboratory experiments, and modeling investigations.
