The aspects of instructional design I enjoy most are working with different technologies that can enhance the online learning experience, and assisting faculty with creating items in their courses  that will help students to be successful in their studies. I also enjoy the artistic process that can go into the creation of an online course. I strive to provide extra mile service and work together with students, faculty, and staff to find a solution to a problem.
