Correspondence exams are available to both current and non-UTPB students.
Is my exam a correspondence exam?
Correspondence exams are only accepted from schools that are not UTPB. For example, if you are a UTPB student who is taking a course at UT Austin concurrently, a proctored exam from UT Austin would be considered a correspondence exam.
How do I sign up for a correspondence exam?
Before the Testing Center can proctor a correspondence exam, your professor will need to submit a Test Proctoring Request form to testingcenter@utpb.edu.
After we have received your test information, Testing Services will reach out to you to let you know that you are ready to make an appointment for your exam.
Is there a proctor fee for taking a correspondence exam?
Yes, there is a fee for taking correspondence exams in the lab.
Current UTPB students pay a proctoring fee of $11.50.
Non-UTPB students pay a proctoring fee of $38.50 for a 2-hour exam and $53.50 for a 3-hour exam.
