Degree Requirements
- The minimum total credits required for a B.S. in Computer Science is 120.
- All required and elective mathematics, computer science, and statistics courses must be completed with a grade of “C-” or better.
- All candidates for this degree must fulfill the basic education requirements and the mathematics requirements.
Computer Science Major Requirements
- The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science requires 48 upper level semester credit hours and 30 must be from UT Permian Basin.
- Students are also required to complete five advanced computer science courses. These courses will be determined in consultation with the Computer Science faculty.
