Commencement tickets have officially been sent out. Check your inbox (or junk folder) for an email from noreply@eventmapsolutions.com The email will have the number of tickets that have been allocated to you!
A few important things to keep in mind:

All guests MUST have a ticket in order to attend the ceremony

Graduates will need to send/forward tickets to their guests. Each ticket can only be scanned once

We can scan tickets from phones or you can print them out

Guests and graduates should make plans to arrive EARLY. Doors will open for guests at 9:00 AM. Scanning tickets and seating everyone will take some time!

Seats are not assigned and will be set up in pods of 2 seats and 4 seats. Guests should arrive early to get the seats they prefer.

Upon arrival, graduates will need to go to the check-in area which is in a separate building to the left of the front entrance (map is attached)

Masks are required in the building

Graduates will be able to remove their mask before they walk the stage. Grads will be told when they are allowed to remove their mask

Flowers will be available for purchase on-site

The UTPB bookstore will also be on-site selling swag
-
There will be plenty of time after the ceremony for graduates to take photos with their guests
