UTPB’s Midland Campus will be closed from 9-4 today.
UTPB’s Midland Campus will be closed from today, Wednesday, October 2. DPS troopers will shut down all access to buildings in preparation for former President Trump’s stop in the Permian. All classes are canceled, and faculty and staff will work remotely. Classes on the Odessa campus will not be affected.
State troopers indicate there will be a heavy law enforcement presence in the area and the access will be strictly enforced.
