Online Course Development Request
Faculty creating new online courses will complete the following steps:
- Submit an Online Course Development Form. This is a required form for all new online courses and provides transparency of course developments to college deans, program coordinators, department chairs, and faculty.
- Prepare for your initial course development consultation. Your assigned instructional designer will send you an email to schedule a one-on-one consultation.
- Submit your Quality Checklist form. You must receive a “met” on the checklist descriptions before students will be able to register for your course.
- Complete Greenbelt training, a self-paced course that guides in the creation of modules, assessments, activities, learning outcomes, and use of instructional technologies.
- Successfully met the standards of the Quality Review, a course review to evaluate the design of your online course.
