How It Works (30 Credit Hours)
Building on your Texas RN license and Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), this fully CCNE-accredited program lets you:- Learn at your own pace—96% of coursework is asynchronous, self-paced modules in Canvas.
- Complete two in-person clinicals—partner with a BSN-prepared nurse leader at your own workplace, ideally at Medical Center Hospital or Midland Health.
- Finish in as little as one year, with six start dates per year and no campus visits required.
- Enhance credentials—BSN alumni may earn an optional Nurse Manager Certificate from Sigma Theta Tau.
Why Choose This Path?
- Tailored for Busy RNs: Complete coursework on your schedule, with clinical learning built into your workplace.
- Fast & Flexible: Finish the BSN in about a year—earn credentials quickly.
- No Travel Needed: Entirely online learning and clinicals at partner hospitals.
- Leadership-Focused: Courses and mentorship designed to boost your career.
