Falcon Day

See for yourself what it’s like to be a Falcon. Whether Falcon Day is virtual or on campus, you will see a glimpse of college life, hear from current students about their college experience, and gain important information. Academic department representatives will be available to answer your questions. You will also be given information about financial aid, testing services, residential living, student activities, door prizes and more.

If you attend, you will be entered to win a $10,000 scholarship!

Falcon Day on Saturday, February 27 will follow a hybrid format! What does that mean, exactly? It means that part of the event will be virtual and part will be on campus – and you are welcome to participate to the level you feel most comfortable!

Live Virtual Event:

  • Starts at 11:00 am

During this time, you will hear from our president, current students, staff, and faculty about all of the great things UT Permian Basin has to offer. We will have experts on hand to answer any questions you have throughout the presentation or during the Q&A session.

Campus Tours:

  • Starts at 12:00 pm

We also want to give you the opportunity to see our campus! After the virtual portion wraps up, we welcome you to come up to campus and explore at your own pace. We will have staff at each building that can fill you in on our facilities and how they’ll enhance your student experience.

NOTE: Event registration is required. You must both register for and attend Falcon Day to be entered to win the $10,000 scholarship. More detailed event information will be sent to you upon registration.
