STEAMfest is back and bigger than ever! Join us at UT Permian Basin for a dynamic community event that brings Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics to life through interactive exhibits, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities. This year’s event will spotlight creativity, collaboration, and innovation across all STEAM fields.

What It Is: STEAMfest 2026 is a vibrant, family-friendly celebration of learning, hosted by UT Permian Basin. The event connects people of all ages to the exciting world of STEAM through engaging, educational experiences.

Who Makes It Happen: STEAMfest is powered by the talent and passion of UTPB students and faculty—along with contributions from local colleges, community organizations, school clubs, professional groups, and area businesses.

Activities Include:

• Hands-On Exhibits that invite you to build, explore, and experiment.
• Live Demonstrations showcasing real-world STEAM applications.
• Creative Stations for artistic expression and innovation.
• Meet-the-Experts opportunities with scientists, engineers, artists, and more!

• CEED Building

Admission: Free, all ages are welcome

Parking: Parking will be available in the Engineering and CEED lots, as well as the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center parking lot.
