American Society of Mechanical Engineers |
We, the ASME/ASME (Petroleum Division) Student Chapter at UTPB are seeking to help our fellow engineering students develop their professional identity and provide essential engagement opportunities by offering access to a wide range of activities and resources such as membership, competitions, scholarships, and much more! Our Student Section provides a community during the college experience. ASME/ASME PD aims to emphasize our learned skills through partnerships between mechanical engineering students, petroleum engineering students, industry-leading companies including those in the oil and gas industry, and our community. We aim to prepare student members for life after graduation and provide students the opportunity to lead and make meaningful decisions for their group. |
Biology Club |
This is an academic/professional club with the purpose of getting students of the sciences more involved in an organization dedicated to a STEM course that will guide them to medical school. |
Energy Land Management Association |
To give Energy Land Management students an opportunity to work toward the goal of a career in the Energy Land Management industry by giving them an opportunity to socialize with their peers, host industry leaders on campus, and attend industry networking events. |
Marketing Experience Club |
Provide students with chances to access real business. Applying what they learned in the classroom to the real world. Contribute to the college, university, and our community. |
Social Work Club |
The mission of the UTPB Social Work Club will be to promote awareness of the social work profession to the community and the university while also advocating for the health and wellbeing of the Permian Basin. |
