His research experience, which spans several years, has equipped him with the skills to explore a wide range of topics. When it comes to selecting his research topics, Egbuta shared his approach.

"Coming up with a suitable research topic has always been about finding a balance between an exciting field of interest and a feasible topic with sufficient literary resources yet having a research gap my research can address," Egbuta said.

He also noted how research has influenced his personal and professional life.

"My research over the years has helped me garner more knowledge about various interests. My affinity for fieldwork has allowed me to travel, visit many places, and meet important people who have equipped me with direct knowledge on a wide range of topics."

For students who are thinking about getting involved in research, Egbuta offered this advice: "Find aUTPB student, Ifeanyi Egbuta looking at a book in the UTPB library field that excites you.
