UTPB is proud to host a variety of cafés on campus that offer food and beverage options for our students, while serving as a center for socializing and studying.
Alongside two market locations on campus serving Starbucks, we have two cafes; Café 432, Catalyst Café, and an expansive Dining Hall.
As a University, we take pride in ensuring our students have access to quality dining choices, whether you’re in a rush or looking to sit and enjoy your meal! And did you know all dining options on campus are open to the community?!
Catalyst Café
The Catalyst Café, located in the CEED Building on our Midland campus, is brand new! The café has an indoor seating area in the CEED and outdoor seating area overlooking the pond.

Café 432
Café 432 is located in the Student Activity Center (SAC). They serve breakfast all day, sandwiches, tacos, and sides. The SAC has seating available, with many students choosing to eat while they study or gather with friends.

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. & Friday 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Library and Mesa Building Markets
The markets located in the J. Conrad Dunagan Library and the Mesa Building serve Starbucks. The market on the second floor of the Mesa also has snacks, breakfast burritos, and beverages. The market in the library has sandwiches and wraps to-go, snacks packs, and more!

Mesa: Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. & Friday 7 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Library: Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. & Friday 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Falcon Café Dining Hall
The dining hall, located in the Residence and Dining Hall building, offers all you-care-to-eat international stations including a salad bar, omelet bar, pizza bar, dessert bar, and much more!

Monday – Friday 7 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 11a.m. – 4:30 p.m. & 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. & 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
