UT Permian Basin is proud to continue what we started last season: FREE admission to every home football game and free tailgating for our community.
It all begins with our home opener this Saturday, August 30 at Astound Broadband Stadium in Midland. Wear black and help us pack the stands for our first Black Out Game of the season.

Home Opener | Falcons vs. Central Oklahoma
Location: Astound Broadband Stadium – Midland, TX
Kickoff: 6:00 PM
Theme: Black Out
- 2:30 PM – Vendors set up
- 3:00 PM – Tailgating begins (food trucks, live music, family fun)
- 4:00 PM – Falcon Walk: team arrival with Spirit Squad & Band performances
- 6:00 PM – Kickoff
