According to the U.S. National Weather Service, a winter storm watch is in effect for our area beginning Friday afternoon. At this time, weather conditions are not expected to impact Friday classes or campus operations, and the University will proceed with its normal Friday schedule.
However, inclement weather is forecast to move into the area later Friday, which could affect the weekend. We will continue to monitor conditions closely and share updates with students via University email and the University’s official social media pages, with time-sensitive information sent through Falcon Alerts. Sign -up to receive Falcon Alerts here.
UTPB is preparing to support students who remain on campus, and we want to make sure you have the information you need.
