How to Submit a Service Request

Send a Request to IT

To submit a technology service request please click on the Submit Technology Service Request link and login with your FalconID and password, click "Get Help", then "Create Incident". Fill out the online form and press submit.

Alternatively, you can send an email to help@utpb.edu to automatically create a ticket.
