Summer 2020 Graduation Information

We will be having a Drive-Thru Commencement on August 22, 2020. Graduates will be able to exit their cars, receive a diploma cover, have their name read as they walk across our outdoor stage, and take a socially distanced photo with Dr. Woodley. For additional details about the event click here.

Please fill out the registration form if you plan on attending.

Summer 2020 degrees will be conferred on August 14, 2020.

The deadline to apply to graduate is July 3rd.

If you have any questions regarding your academic eligibility, please contact your academic advisor.

Applying to graduate does not guarantee you will be awarded a degree.  All graduation requirements must be met before a degree can be awarded.

 

UNDERGRADUATE GRADUATION APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1.  Please meet/contact your faculty advisor to update and finalize your degree plan.  This will help ensure that you have met or will meet all the requirements in order to graduate from your major of study.

Step 2.  You must log into your student email through Office 365 in order to be able to submit the application.  Internet Explorer is the recommended Internet browser.  If you are unable to access your student email, please visit http://falconid.utpb.edu

Step 3.  Please fill out the Undergraduate graduation application: UT Permian Basin Undergraduate Graduation Application

Step 4. Contact your advisor and send/provide them with the degree check worksheet. Undergraduate Degree Check Worksheet

Step 5:  Please fill out the UT Permian Basin Graduating Senior Questionnaire and the survey:

Step 6.  The Graduation Fee ($25) will be placed onto your MyUTPB account.  Pay the fee online through your MyUTPB account or with the Accounting Office once it is posted.
