- Fall 2018 Commencement Ceremonies Set
UT Permian Basin is proud to recognize its newest graduates. More than 400 students will walk across the stage at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center Saturday, Dec. 15thto receive their diploma in the University’s Fall 2018 Commencement Ceremonies.
The day has been split into three ceremonies, the first scheduled at 10 a.m.
All College of Education students earning a Baccalaureate Degree and all Graduate Degree students will walk the stage at the first ceremony. College of Business, College of Engineering and College of Nursing students will walk the stage at the 1 p.m. ceremony. All College of Arts and Sciences graduates will walk the stage during the 4 p.m. ceremony.
“Graduation is the ultimate goal of UT Permian Basin. We are so proud of every student that has sacrificed and put in the hours to earn their degree,” President Sandra Woodley said. “I know these students will change their communities. I can’t wait to see what their future holds.”
Students from coast-to-coast and all over the entire world have earned their degrees. New graduates from as far away as Sri Lanka and the Ivory Coast will be handed their diplomas.
UT Permian Basin’s Fall Commencement Ceremonies will begin at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. December 15th inside the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center.
