The next generation of football players have a chance to learn from the best in the Permian Basin this summer.
The UT Permian Basin Football Program will be hosting the Justin Carrigan Football Camps throughout the month of July. Coach Carrigan and his staff are kicking off their summer camps with a free youth camp.
On June 28th, the football staff will host the UTPB Kids Camp. This is the third year the football program has teamed up with Cinergy Entertainment and other local businesses to put on the free camp for young athletes, K-8thgrade.
“We want to give back to the kids and families that cheer us on every fall,” Coach Carrigan said. “It is our mission to serve, uplift and empower those around us. This camp allows us to do all of those things, along with playing a little football.”
Check-in begins at 8 a.m. The clinic runs from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the UT Permian Basin football field.
