The UTPB community can borrow items not owned by the University from library partners across the globe. Retired faculty members may make ILL requests with permission from their former university department. |
Enables access to copyright permitted scanned chapters, pages and journal articles that are part of Dunagan Library's collection.

Distance Learning Students have the same access to library materials as on-site students: Digital Document Delivery, ILL, digital resources and physical books in the Dunagan collection can be shared with students by mail for six-week loan periods. |
Request an Interlibrary Loan
If, during your readings and searches you discover a source that may be very important to your needs and is not in our collections. Feel free to fill out the Loan Request Form with all the information you have about the publication. This service is only available currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff.
Loan Request FormRequests available through ILL
- Loans: Print books.
- Digital Copies: Articles from serial publications, including academic journals, magazines, and newspapers.
- Digital Copies: Book chapters, with a copying limit of no more than 1-2 chapters per physical book or ebook.
Requests NOT available through ILL
- Ebooks, if requesting the entire book.
- Print editions of ebooks available through UTPB Library.
- Audiovisual media, including music, DVDs, blu-rays, and streaming video.
- Software or digital licenses.
- Rare books, for loan to students. Faculty and adjuncts may request these for research purposes.
- Textbooks, for loan to students. Faculty and adjuncts may request these for research purposes
