Whether you are a student, faculty, staff or guest to the University, the University Police strive to make your stay on campus safe and pleasant.
The University Police Department is made up of 19 licensed police officers, who are certified by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
The Department provides police services on campus 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our police officers are empowered to investigate all calls for service, criminal and non-criminal, on campus.
We work closely with all local law enforcement agencies in order to provide a safe environment, both at UTPB and the Midland Campus.
