Why should I study psychology?
Why do we do what we do? How can we be happy? How do we grow and learn throughout our lives? What is nature? What is nurture? How do those two shape each other?
Psychology studies the individual—mind, thoughts, and feelings—and how these impact behavior. This individual scale includes close relationships in a family or peer group.
Study psychology to understand the biological processes of the mind. Advanced study gives you the expertise to be a counselor or therapist, helping individuals navigate their lives.
