What sets our orchestra apart is our commitment to collaboration. We weave together the talents of students across majors with community members and local musical groups; including the UTPB Opera Productions, Mariachi, Ballet Folklorico, and more. This dynamic environment not only enriches our performances but fosters a supportive community, where musicians can grow and thrive together.
All members of the orchestra, regardless of their major, receive financial scholarships for their participation in this ensemble.

Scholarships
UTPB offers a participation scholarship for eligible students. In order to receive a scholarship, students must audition for the ensemble and attend required course, practices, and performances.
