MS in Finance Degree Requirements
Students are required to complete 30 semester credit hours.
Core Courses (6 credit hours)
- ACCT 6301 Accounting Analysis
- FINA 6320 Financial Management
If one or both courses are waived, students can choose any COB graduate-level course to replace.
Required Business Courses (6 credit hours)
- BUSI 6302 Business Data Analytics
- FINA 6321 Corporate Finance and Strategy
Finance Business Core Courses (12 credit hours)
- FINA 6322: Management of Financial Institutions
- FINA 6325: Financial Derivatives
- FINA 6327: Investments
- FINA 6330: International Finance
Finance Electives (6 credit hours)
- Student can choose two 6000 level FINA courses that is not used to satisfy other degree requirements
