Certificate Requirements
To earn the Data Science Certificate, students must complete the following four computer science electives, totaling 12 credit hours:
- COSC 4385: Data Science - 3 credits
- COSC 4386: Big Data Analytics - 3 credits
- COSC 6315: Distributed Database Systems - 3 credits
- COSC 6385: Analysis of Algorithms - 3 credits
