Minor in English
The Minor in English Literature will allow you to explore the richness and history of British and American literature, while developing critical thinking and analytical skills. This complementary course of study supports myriad academic interests including business, law, creative writing, and education.
Minor in English Requirements
- A minor in English consists of 18 semester credit hours, 12 of which must be at the upper-level.
- Freshman English courses are not included towards a minor in English
- Students are required to complete ENGL 3300.
- One course must be in British Literature, American Literature, and another 4000 level course of the student’s choosing.
